Susanna Bevilacqua, Chair

Susanna founded Moral Fairground in 2009 after witnessing the social and environmental impact of mass consumerism in Southeast Asia. She has a banking background and has served on various boards to drive ethical, sustainable, and social impact initiatives.

Joanne McIntosh, Treasurer

Joanne has a background in business and management accounting in both profit and not for profit sectors. She has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys developing a rapport with people. Jo is looking forward to supporting the work of the FTA as it seeks to connect marginalised producers with the Australian market and empower people through sustainable and fair employment.

Corinne Nash, Secretary

Corinne was instrumental in assisting Bangalow Byron Bay Uniting Church to become a Fair Trade Faith Group and Bangalow to become a Fair Trade Town. She joined fair trade advocate John Martin as co-organiser of the Fair Trade Faith Conference in 2018.

Nina Latino, Executive Member, Fair Trade Association of Australia & New Zealand Founder, Global Milestone Fair Trade Hub

Nina Latino is an Executive Committee Member of the Fair-Trade Association and the founder of the Global Milestone Fair Trade Hub. Her doctoral research focuses on strengthening governance, sector capacity, and community engagement across Australia, New Zealand,
Japan, Europe, Asia, and the United States. Nina brings experience in ethical supply chains, cross‐cultural collaboration, and producer‐centered development, alongside a strong commitment to awareness‐building,
education, and regional collaboration.
Her current research explores AI‐driven transparency and ethical supply chain intelligence, examining how technology can support producer protection, risk detection, and more resilient
Fair-Trade systems. Nina’s work bridges innovation with the lived realities of producer communities, ensuring that technology remains human‐centered and values‐driven. She welcomes collaboration with individuals, organizations, and projects aligned with this mission.

Katelyn Woods, Member

Katelyn is passionate about encouraging friends, family and community to become involved with fair trade. Katelyn brings experience volunteering with their local community in a variety of roles, and is keen to help build the fair trade movement. Katelyn is a Registered Nurse.

Kaylene Henry, Fair Trader of Australia Assessor

Kaylene has recenty retired from a career as community development officer and a primary school teacher. She has a strong commitment to social justice and to the 10 Fair Trade principles. With a strong background in volunteering, Kaylene believes she can bring her organisational and educational skills to the role and looks forward to the challenges ahead.
